Welcome to this quintessential home where you can relax and unwind. Take a day trip to Mt. Rainier, Tacoma, or Seattle; you’ll find our location ideal. The house is equipped with all the comforts your group may need: fully stocked kitchen, toys, A/C in main living area (mini split), board games, designer touches, and more!

We have a no gathering/ party policy due to the nature of the residential neighborhood. All guests, whether staying overnight or visiting must be included in the guest count.

Guest access

Driveway parking accommodates up to three cars. Street parking is not permitted; guests may not have more than three cars at or in the vicinity of the home.
There are two parks with play structures and basketball courts within walking distance of the house.

Other things to note

A copy of your govt. issued photo ID is required at booking to comply with local STR regulations. This can be sent as a picture to host via the Airbnb messenger tool.

Our home can accommodate up to two dogs, 2+ years old, upon approval. Please include age/breed of pet in your intro message. Pet fee does apply and is charged per pet, per week. We are not set up to host guests with cats or other animals. Pets must be registered with guests at time of booking. Unregistered pets incur a fee of $1,000.

Reservations of 28+ nights, booked under a monthly discount, require a signed rental contract and $1,000 refundable damage deposit. Internet for these stays shall be paid by the tenant. Pets for monthly stays will be approved on a case by case basis and may include additional fee and/or deposit.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is not conducive to gatherings.
