Other things to note
Our home can accommodate up to two dogs, 2+ years old, upon approval. Please include age/breed of pet in your intro message. Pet fee does apply. We are not set up to host guests with cats or other animals. Pets must be registered with guests at time of booking. Unregistered pets incur a fee of $250.
Reservations of 28+ nights, booked under a monthly discount, require a signed rental contract. Electric and internet for these stays shall be paid by the tenant.
Unregistered guests/visitors and/or animals are not permitted on the property at any time without prior approval from host.
On the rare occurrence that a key amenity is unavailable for use, guests shall have the choice to either checkout and be refunded for the accommodation fee associated with their remaining nights or receive a partial refund at the rate of $75/night or 30% of the nightly rate, whichever is less.
